Business Development Manager
We are looking for a talented individual to work with and for our Client Services Director on the development of new business opportunities. You should have engaging interpersonal skills, persuasive client handling ability, organizational flair, an articulate command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin and a good general level of education including literacy. Previous client services experience in exhibitions, product launches, conferences, promotions or events will be an advantage.
To succeed with us, you must be responsible, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure. You must be familiar with the commercial culture of Hong Kong and ideally have your own network of actual or potential clients. You should prefer working as a member of a relatively small, passionate and energetic team rather than for a large organisation. Flexibility about working hours and a sense of humour are essential, especially when dealing with our colleagues in sister offices on the mainland, in Singapore and Sydney. There will be opportunities to meet and work with these teams.
