PT.Duta Sugar International is a group of PT.Duta Anggada Realty that urgently need candidates for the following position :

HR MANAGER (HRM)

Requirement:

1. Have min. S1 Degree majoring HR Management or Psychology
2. Min. 15 yrs working experience in managing human resources
3. Candidate must be competent in all HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation Management)
4. Has experience in developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
5. Understand Indonesian Labor Law and regulations and Industrial Relationship with Union, Personnel & General Affairs Administration and Manpower Laws
6. Good knowledge in organizational development, personnel administration, good leadership and communication skill

General requirements:

1. Male/Female minimum age 35 - 40 years old
2. Understand ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS will be an advantage
3. Fluency in English will be an advantage
4. To be located in Cilegon
