HR MANAGER (HRM)
Requirement:
- Have min. S1 Degree majoring HR Management or Psychology
- Min. 15 yrs working experience in managing human resources
- Candidate must be competent in all HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation Management)
- Has experience in developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Understand Indonesian Labor Law and regulations and Industrial Relationship with Union, Personnel & General Affairs Administration and Manpower Laws
- Good knowledge in organizational development, personnel administration, good leadership and communication skill
General requirements:
- Male/Female minimum age 35 - 40 years old
- Understand ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS will be an advantage
- Fluency in English will be an advantage
