Job Description:

1. Assist Trading Manager manage supplier and consumer’s account.
2. Budget monitoring.
3. Become the point of contract to other departments (BC, FA, Legal).
4. Become the point of contract to supplier/consumer regarding admin and payment necessities.
5. Responsible keeping track of document flow.
6. Responsible keeping track of expense and income.
7. Responsible keeping track of Trading Summary.
8. Prepare PO and Contracts for supplier and consumer
