Solution Manager (Telecom Charging - Business/Ops)
Job Scope:
Responsible for gaining deep insight into telecom operator customers operations, business and technology concerns so as to identify opportunities to push the company's solutions and products
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to the various relevant product teams in terms of positioning their solutions to customers
* Build and grow relationship with important decision makers at customer organizations
* Help to win sales deals for major transformation projects
* Provide solution consultancy to customers in terms of architecture and selecting the relevant partners to provide a complete suite of solutions to customers
* Assist in selecting the right technology partners
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 10 years of working experience, at least past 5 years in a similar function in the telecommunications sector
* Candidates that come from the vendor segment at an advantage
* Solid grounding in OSS/BSS solutions with particular emphasis on billing applications, mediation and charging products
* Deep understanding of mobile service operator's infrastructure, operations
* Track record of solution sales and being able to lead and drive major initiatives for customers in the mobile operator sector
* Preferably with experience working in a matrix organization structure
* Able to take heavy travel in the Asia Pacific
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
