Lowongan Kerja Secretary

The company is aiming to accelerate the growth of the business across Indonesia. We are looking to appoint dynamic new talent to join our company in the following role:

Secretary

Key Skills / Qualities:
- Degree in a Secretarial or Business administration
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 2 years working experience in a Secretary role for a multi-nationals company
- Prior experience managing/coordinating with at least 2 people
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software) and ability to learn new programs
- Be result-driven and able to balance various demands to ensure all objectives and deadlines are achieved.
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative.
- Independent self-starter with excellent management skills
- Possess service-centered mindset.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
